QiGong Weekend Retreats


During our 2024 beautiful alpine retreats, conducted in English and French, we will teach the practice of Medical QiGong, along with other self-healing techniques such as organ healing sounds and hypnosis. You will learn how to release both mental and physical tension, refine your sensitivity, balance your body and mind, and heighten your awareness of life to build a new level of well-being.


Strengthen your awareness of the treasures you already hold within yourself to improve your health.

Medical QiGong

Medical QiGong is a form of mind-body healing practice that is an integral part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It involves conscious movement and sensing the flow of energy and blood circulation, while allowing our intuitive healing abilities to enhance the body's immune function and reduce stress levels. QiGong practice also involves the activation of acupuncture points, energy meridians, and organ systems based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles.


I want to connect with women and men who are seeking to find balance in their lives, improve their health, enhance their movement, and recover from mental or physical setbacks more quickly. By increasing their body awareness, they can better understand how to care for themselves and recognize when their body needs soothing, rest or action. My goal is to create a supportive community of individuals who feel empowered to take control of their own health and well-being before resorting to medication or other solutions.

What We Do

Through soft, gentle, and mindful movement, we enhance the circulation of blood and life energy, known as Chi, throughout the body's energetic pathways. We focus on the connection between breath and movement, allowing us to notice any sensations that arise during our practice. By regulating all of the body's systems, including the cardiovascular, nervous, respiratory, and digestive systems, we promote overall health and well-being. Recognizing the benefits of nature, I invite everyone to join us in natural environments, such as near water or in the forest, to fully experience the benefits of this beautiful practice. By immersing ourselves in nature, we become more connected to it and reap the abundant benefits it offers.
